anyone had IV iron on the nhs?

hi all

my ferritin remains low at 27 despite taking iron for months according to all

the recommendations about vit c, away from calcium etc

i'm thinking of asking my gp about iv iron and was wondering if anyone had any

experience of this.

i will need to sell it to him as last time i spoke to him he said i'd been on

iron long enough!
