Guest guest
Hi, I'm doing well after seeing Dr P six months ago. I'm on NDT now and my temps and pulse are good, aswell as being pretty much symptom free (and I had so many of the symptoms). I believe I am approaching my optimum dose. When I saw Dr P, he advised that I had adrenal fatigue and helped me with a routine of stopping Levothroxine and starting on NAX, followed by the NDT. I have increased NAX gradually along with the NDT. Things seem OK, but a couple of times over the past 6 weeks I have gotten a bit shakey. My legs feel weak and my hands trembly/weak grip. This only happens when I have a day out and about with some stress. Today, I did a car boot sale for the fist time this year and I immediately felt it (I think it's dealing with people) I used to be so bomb proof. I'm taking 3 x NAX and 3.75 grains of NDT (multi-dose). Should I up the NAX? I've been taking NAX for 5 months now.
