Guest guest
Hello all, It's a while since I last wrote. Here is what has been happening: After much research on the Internet I came to the conclusion I was most likely suffering from adrenal fatigue. Following online advice I started taking a comprehensive vitamin and nutrient supplement with adequate dosage for adrenal support as well as liquorice tincture (1ml a day) and following an adrenal diet. I also continued doing the sodium bicarbonate candida treatment. As a result, I am pretty much pain-free and my hair has started to curl again (I have learnt over the years that this is a very reliable indicator of my general health). I have since suffered the very annoying setback of coming down with a nasty coughing bug that turned into a chest infection. I now have candida again due to the antibiotics but I am optimistic I will manage to surmount this. Despite all this, I still feel better than I have felt in years, frankly. My Thyroxin was lowered slightly when I saw the endo back at the end of September, from 250/275mg a day to 250 a day (my TSH was at 0.06). The blood tests have shown my cortisol levels to be a bit low, so I am going for a Synacthen test on Wednesday (I understand from what I have read here that it will probably not be much use, but still.) Concerning your very kind offer to look at my blood test results for me: I don't know what to do. I have a very long list of tests by now and I am concerned about wasting your time. Should I give you a list so you can pick out what you want to see? Can I send them to you as a PDF, or is there a better way to do it? Many thanks and best wishes,
