Dear Member

You may not be aware that every year (actually, we have had

two this year) we have a 'get-together' of all those members who can attend,

together with our Medical Advisers, Dr Peatfield, Dr Skinner and Dr

Mantzourani. We have lunch, followed by our medical advisers giving a speech on

problems to do with thyroid disease, followed by a question and answer session

from us all. This meeting is taking place in the centre of Birmingham at Chung

Ying Gardens Cantonese Restaurant at 12.00noon until 5.00p.m. Tickets are £12

(paid at the meeting) which includes a two course lunch and the meeting (an

excellent bargain) and you are very welcome to attend, and, if you wish, bring

with you a friend - or even two. I know this is short notice, but we still have

some places available, so please let Galathea@...

know if you would like to attend and how many places you would like to book.

I can assure you that everybody has a wonderful time, it is

not a 'stuffy' affair, but a great social occasion and a good time to meet up

with other members and get to know each other. We also have a raffle with some

wonderful prizes by way of raising funding to help TPA to campaign for a better

diagnostic and choice of treatment protocol.

I do hope you can come and join us. All the details you will

find in the link below.
