Guest guest
Dear All Can anyone shed any light on an astronomically high salivary progesterone for me? I've just had these results: Salivary cortisol 0800 11.5 (5.0 - 14) 1200 2.3 (3.0 - 8.0) 1600 2.6 (1.5 - 5.0) 1200 1.0 (0.5 - 2.0) Salivary DHEAs 0800 1.0 (7.0 - 18.3) 1200 1.1 (4.8 - 10.0) 1600 0.6 (3.5 - 6.0) 1200 1.1 (2.0 - 4.0) Salivary Oestradiol Noon 16.4 (luteal phase 6.0 - 30.0; post meno <6.0) Salivary testosterone Noon 124.9 (35 - 350) Salivary Progesterone Noon 8069.1 (luteal 300 - 1900; post meno <150) According the lab, it is a genuine result........ I am 54, not exactly post-menopause, but haven't menstruated for 5 months. I take 125 mcg T3 (having had reverse-T3 on Armour); I don't take anything that would explain the progesterone and don't use progesterone cream. Soooooooo, if anyone has any knowledge on this that they could share, I'd really appreciate it! Deborah
