Guest guest
Hi there, The last week has been really hard, but my GP gave me my blood test results today over the phone and here they are TSH 0.16 T3 4.6 T4 20.9 (25/11/09) GP says he would like to lower levothyroxine dose. I'm current on 100mcg since August. But, he is waiting for my hospital endo to write to him with instructions of my new dose. So, now I wait for a few days for them to do their admin etc... whilst I feel crap. What I'm so annoyed about, is that it took me only 7 weeks from my last hospital appt to kick up a fuss about not feeling well and have a blood test and see my endo. I am due to see them in January. My endo said to me last Thursday that he had never come across a hypo patient with the symptoms I was describing, depressed, teary, got the runs, forgetful, tired, aching, dazed and confused. Okay, so he didn't yet have the results above and was going on my TSH 0.2 on 7/11/09. Okay, so GP says T4 is on the high side, therefore levo should come down and maybe T3 added. What do you think of the results?? I still want to get onto natural thyroid but I'm putting it off for a bit to see if I settle. There is so much info to take in, I'm still new to this. All I know to do right now is try to tune in and listen to my body and mind. What's your opinion? Rupa
