Guest guest Posted March 12, 2010 Report Share Posted March 12, 2010 I have been struggling with sleep for a number of months. Some nights it takes me a long time to fall asleep. I usually wake up at least once or twice during the night. I get about 5 or 6 hours of sleep. I have been suffering from fatigue for the last 20 years. I exhausted most of the time. I find it hard when I have to work an 8 hour day, especially a few days in a row. I think this makes things worse. I'm seeing a doctor who suggested using an electric blanket, because the right temperature helps one to fall asleep. She suggests a blanket with at least 10 heat settings, and a preheat button.
