Hi all, decided to try vitamin C and D. after a few days i seem to feel a bit of brain fog.a question- could it be the vitamin D that is the problem, I can`t believe that it is the vitamin C.vitC 500mg and vitamin D 400IU. Maybe I don`t need the vit D and this is why i am having this problem. my brain feels a bit vacant and tyred. could it be the vit C? could it be affecting me?.thanks for any help with this. Angel.
