This sounds like adrenal fatigue Stacey. Complete the

questionnaire in our FILES UNDER THE folder 'Adrenals' and see how you score,

and also do the Home Testing that you will find in the same folder. let us know

how you score. It would be best however to get the 24 hour salivary adrenal

profile done through Genova diagnostics to see where your cortisol and DHEA lie

at four specific times during the day. Go also to Dr Rind's temperature chart

and keep a record of your temperature http://www.drrind.com/therapies/metabolic-temperature-graph

Luv - Sheila

I have been feeling chilly this last few days- sitting with a hot water bottle

on my feet. That cold feeling between the shoulders/down the middle of my back.

My temp is always on the low side - I seem to be average 36.2 on waking and the

other night at 9 when I went to bed I was 35.6 - my partner did his so we could

test the thermo was working and he was 36.7.

When I get like this I feel like I am tensing up in my back and shoulders. I am

sat at the comp in my fleece slouchy thing!

I will be letting the Endo know in Sept about his anyway and have recorded my

temps in my symptoms notes I am sending prior to the appt.

Anyone else know what I mean?

Hi Stacey,I know exactly what you mean.I used to feel so cold for years, used to

sit in the line of an open window at work too and was so cold anyway I used to

tense up my shoulder muscles and ended up with shoulder pain too, even though

the window and temp didn't bother anyone else. You will find that your body temp

will improve with the right treatment.I hardly feel the cold now,
