Guest guest
You should be able to put in an FOIA request. They have 20 working days to answer it. If they refuse you the information you can appeal to the information commissioner, and that takes about 9 months for an appeal to be dealt with, but I have got information out of my local council using this method. Here's a site that helps: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/ Here is the Information Commissioner's Office which administrates the FOIA http://www.ico.gov.uk/ If you really want the lowdown on how to get the most out of the Act, this book is the " bible " and has a chapter on the Health Service Your Right to Know by (yes, she was the person who broke the MP's expenses scandal). good luck, and do post your results. cheers n
