Guest guest
Hi Tracey With my particular situation, all of a sudden, about three months ago, the weight just started dropping off, so much so, that I was getting rather concerned. It then stabilised and I have stayed around ten and three quarter stone ever since and can literally eat anything within reason, which is great.!. Luckily, I did not have problem with loose skin, but I do really sympathise on this front. As Sheila suggests in her recent email, it might be worth you looking at Dr Mantzourani's article in the files with regard to sensible dietary advice, tips etc. I really hope that things come right for you soon. You know what they say 'Everything comes to those who wait', well, that's us lot in a nutshell eh??? Take Care Marie x The fact that you were my age - when GPs blame everything on the menopause - and yet still managed to get down to under 11 stone show it IS POSSIBLE!! I was on the verge of giving up hope altogether and accepting that I'm only ever going to fit into Hattie Jacque style clothes for the rest of my life. As a matter of interest, do you have problems with surplus skin after all that weight loss? My middle aged skin has become very overstretched and quite thin in places and I can't imagine it shrinking back down again even if I shed the 5 stone weight gain.Tracey
Guest guest
I thought Dr was GP.
