Guest guest
Hi , I too had to reduce my thyroid after many years of being on the same sort of dose. I would certainly start with this & then see how you feel. A warning though - when I reduced mine it took a week to start to feel better - I felt worse first. It is a shock to reduce thyroid even if you need to do it. Perhaps the isocort means that you need less thyroid as it is converting better. Val can you comment on my elevated T3 and why it should be high after not being for years ? Do you think, as Peary has said, that it could be the Isocort. I don't want to reduce my adrenal support (my basel temp is still stuck at 36.3 and my adrenals are painful) so, should I be dropping my Armour (?!)...... that feels strange after being at that dose for so long. I'm between a rock and a hard place. I am now wondering if I'm actually hyper then.... though I don't have a racing heart or palpatations. Totally confused and hacked off. I think I better call DrP.julia
