I'm reading L. 's book, Adrenal Fatigue, and I was reminded that one way to find out if someone has a Vitamin B6 deficiency is to ask them if they remember their dreams. If they don't remember their dreams, they are probably deficient. How fun.

Hi, One of the first changes when I changed from T4 to Armour was remembering vivid colourful dreams- this went on for some weeks, but settled to only remembering some dreams- which are usually in colour. apparently as we age it is more usual to dream in monochrome- I'm 56. > thyroid treatment > From: jitterjotter@...> Date: Fri, 19 Mar 2010 21:36:35 +0000> Subject: Dreams and Vitamin B6> > I'm reading L.
