Guest guest
Delighted Alla - keep up the good work. If you have a particularly stressful day coming up, either emotional or physical, then you can always take another tablet or two. It really does help. My sister has been going through a particular bad time these past few months with all sorts of things happening to her body quite out of the blue. She would phone me in tears, desperate because she didn't know what to do. We are both hypothyroid, and tend to check our health/medication against each other, and as I don't have an adrenal problem, it completely slipped my mind that this might be her problem. However, once I realised it, I telephoned her and told her to get the 24 hour salivary adrenal profile to see where her DHEA and her cortisol levels were. Imagine our shock when we found that every single sample throughout the day was outside of the bottom of the reference range. As I had a spare bottle of Nutri Adrenal Extra in, I sent it down to her and she started taking the tablets immediately. Ten days later, I phoned her and couldn't believe how well and cheerful she sounded. She told me that she was feeling better for the first time in months, and that her husband had noticed it too. She was amazed to find that after all this time, it was her very low adrenal reserve that had gone unnoticed. Even now, I wonder what would have happened to her had I not told her about the test. How many more poor people are suffering so dreadfully because they don't have access to the Internet and the information that is available to us - and their doctors are not even aware that such a condition exists. Hi Sheila, Its a great question and I fully agree with you Sheila I have done 12 weeks of adrenal support and I feel the difference mainly in higher energy levels and overall well-being. Its hard to nail it down but you will definitely feel the benefits in the long run I continue to take 2 tables a day as part of maintenance program and it works for me Alla > > You could feel all sorts, but definitely for the better.
