Guest guest Posted June 24, 2010 Report Share Posted June 24, 2010 Dear All I joined prescription Gym ( referal through GP )and it was my last session yesterday. Did not loose any weight but have achieved the fat reduction of very nearly 2%. Definately feel stronger and more suppleand trimmer. Only been going twice a week and did not think it would by my thing at all. I was always a swimmer but it gives me lousy palpitations when in bed at night so had to give that up. I do not do massive amounts of exercise there and nothing fast or furious don't get me wrong, so am quite proud of what I have achieved. Am going to keep it up so I continue to feel more positive that I am doing something towards fitness. If anyone feels like trying it I would say give it a go. You might shock yourself as I did.
