While I am waiting. help please

Hi,

I am waiting to see Endo to look at what is wrong with me I have posted symptoms

in earlier posting. Feel I am hypo. Meantime I am reading about supplements

for adrenal support as that would help if I was to be tried on thyroid meds. I

have seen an american one - Adrenal Rebuilder and wondered if anyone knew about

it/tried it. I am determined to be as proactive as poss - would it help if I

tried high potency sublingual B12?????

Diet is good but today I feel soooooo bloated all over and have been going to

bed by 8pm most nights this week, so very very tired.
