Hi , I

do have this, but this isn't sufficient - there must be hundreds of web sites,

Internet Forums, local thyroid groups etc. Hopefully, somebody will be

able to help us here.

Thank you

so much . I think what you were probably looking for before were probably

UK sites. I need the email addresses of the owners of world-wide thyroid web

sites, world-wide Internet thyroid Forums, and world-wide local thyroid support

groups, though that might prove difficult. UK local support groups would be

fine.

Sadly,

I have not had one single offer from anybody to help with this task - even though we have 1400

members. I know that many members have written to me saying they would be only too

pleased to help if ever I needed this, but it does appear that when I really

need them, nobody appears to be around - but this could be because of the

Holidays. Perhaps we will have better luck in the New Year.

The

'Register of Counterexamples' to the levothyroxine sodium ONLY therapy is

desperately needed, and will, eventually, help each and every one of us, and

also, all future sufferers of the symptoms of hypothyroidisms throughout the

world. It is essential that we get thousands of names on this Register, because

we know there are thousands (if not millions worldwide) of people who remain

ill on levothyroxine alone. So PLEASE EVERYBODY, if it is at all

possible, WILL YOU HELP US TO COMPILE A LIST OF ALL THE OWNERS OF WEB SITES,

THYROID FORUMS, LOCAL THYROID SUPPORT GROUPS.

All that

is needed is for you need to type 'thyroid web sites' or 'thyroid support forums'

or ' Local thyroid support groups' into your search engine, and those you find

- you need to open and copy the contact link and list this. Do not send me the

URL for the web sites, forums or local support groups because that would mean I

would have to go through each one of them myself - and I don't have the time.

Once you have compiled a list of the email addresses, send to me. I want each of

these owner to put a link to the Questionnaire onto their web site or to their

Members asking everybody to complete it and send back to me.

When this

Register of Counterexamples is completed (and there has never been such a Register

compiled before), I will send a copy to the Department of Health, the General

Medical Council, the Royal College for Physicians (London), the Royal College

of General Practitioners, the Society for Endocrinology, the British Thyroid

Association, the Association for Clinical Biochemistry and the British Society

of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes

This is a

job where we need the cooperation from as many of you as we can - at least,

those with the necessary computer skills. It is also an excellent way to thank

those on the Forum for the help and support you have received, which has been happily

given to you freely.

Unless

such help is forthcoming - we might as well give up campaigning for a better

diagnosis and treatment protocol for sufferers of the symptoms of

hypothyroidism.

This

group is, first and foremost, a campaigning group, as set out on the Home page

of our web site and the Home Page of this Forum.

Apologies

if I come across as sounding a little hard, but it is so very disappointing,

after putting in so much work into trying to help others get back their health

and to do what is absolutely necessary to change the present diagnostics and

therapies for this disease, when little help is forthcoming.

For those

of you who can help, please do contact me urgently.

Luv -

Sheila x

Hi Sheila,

I know

that you should already have this as a start. i'll do what I can to find more.
