Bless thank you ,

I understand what your saying. Yes I have more faith in this private doc and he

is mentioned alot on this forum.

He has suggested I stop the Erfa increase my Nutri Adrenal from 4 to 6 tablets

and wait until my temps plumit then start on T3.

I am nervous about the future though what happens when I have cleared the toxins

do I stay on T3 or go on Erfa again hope its not a vicious circle.

As I dont have a thyroid at all guess I cant stay off thyroid meds too long and

thats why he putting me on T3 to help things along ???

Yes will track my temps as you suggest.

When I came off the Erfa for 3 days all my acne cleared up I felt like a new

person.... want to feel like that all the time.

I also think the Levothyroxine did the damage in the first place my gp left me

on a high dose far too long where my FT4 reached as high as 36 (was this high

for about a year) ! Then going on the Erfa straight away just made my symptoms

escalate.

I will take the Nutri Adrenal, order my T3 and see what happens... Fingers

crossed

Thanks again x

haven't been able to convert them properly.... so the unconverted T4 has built

up in your body and caused toxicity and given you these symptoms. By stopping

the thyroid meds, the excess T4 can get cleared out of your body and you will

have a clean slate so to speak.  You need to take your adrenals meds, slowly

building them up. If you take adrenals meds too quickly, you can get a massive

thyroid medication 'dump' which is very unpleasant. Slow and sure is the way. T3

works great for many people but the adrenals need to be in good working order to

tolerate and use it properly.

> With all these thyroid issues, it can't be emphasised enough the need to start

off small and slowly build everything up.
