Guest guest
Hello I am about 18 st now and having problems breathing at times due to a slightly collapsed throat (not as serious as it sounds). ENT dr suggested I lose weight (it is, after all, that easy!) I am thinking of trying cambridge diet - 550 cals day. but i have a suspicion this would knacker my metabolism/adrenals more; it is a ketogenic diet. If i could tolerate t3, i would take it just like the body builders do to lose weight, but i cannot tolerate any t3. I have no idea why i can't, nor does any professional i have consulted. Throat thing is getting worse i think so need to take dramatic action. any thoughts? Thanks Chris
