Hello everyone..... I need some reassurance please...

Have been on throxine for 20 years and was rubbish and getting fatter until I

added t3 5 years ago. Still not right, so I joined this forum last year.

Since then I've tested:

TPO Antibodies (1767)

ferritin (75 OK),

Candida antibodies ( no problrms).

Reverse T3 is 0.12 (.14 - .54) Low.

Urine T3 uptake 167.9 (147 -591)

Estrogen dominant so I've been on serenity cream for 4 months. Adrenals low at

lunch and mid aft so I take HC 10 mcg and 7.5 mcg.

I take zinc as the tablets don't taste of anything, vit c 2000mcg and B complex.

The doc refuses to test magnesium, copper etc and I can't find a private lab to

test them.

Was taking 20 mcg T3 and 50 mcg T4 and results of tests were

Free t4 5.4 ( 9.5 - 22)

Free T3 4.6 (3.5 - 6.5)

tsh 0.23 (.0 - 5.5)

So I upped the t3 to 30 mcg and have felt much better since October.

Then.... 3 weeks ago i decided to switch to Erfa. Stopped all t4 and t3 and

took 1 grain of erfa for a week. All OK so took another half for a week. Now

on 2 grains, really tired, I look hypothyroid with puffy eyes and my temps have

been low all week.... with daily averages of 95.8, 96.4, 95.9, 96.5, 96.7 and

today 95.3. The lunchtime reading was the lowest at 93.3! Any one any ideas?

Do I need more Erfa or do I need t3? Or should I just go back to T3 and T4?

Thanks

.
