Guest guest
is quite correct in requesting that list posters snip ALL unnecessary, repetitive garbage when they use the reply button. It not only wastes bandwidth, it is stupefyingly annoying to have to read for members receiving the digest version! jim oxyplus moderator Marcus wrote: > > I have noticed a very large increase in posts from certain people that > contain one or two small paragraphs, followed by 10 PAGES of quoted, > requoted, and requoted text. > > PLEASe take a few seconds when replying to a message and delete all > unnecesary regurgitated text. Guest guest
Will everybody please snip their messages. This means that when you write a message from clicking reply, you make sure that before you click send you have deleted everything except your message and a few lines or a small quote from the message you are actually replying to. Everything else should be deleted. Not to do this is very frustrating for fellow members who are on digest. Please check you have done this before you click on send. Thanks Lilian Moderator
