Ann - then definitely you should not be stopping the thyroid

extract to go back onto levothyroxine. Why, if the levothyroxine was working in

the first place did you go onto thyroid extract? If it wasn't working for you

then, why would you think it would work for you now? Again, you should NOT be

using any form of thyroid hormone just to put your thyroid gland function tests

into the so called 'normal' reference range. You should be treating your body

until your body feels normal.
