I have just had my results back and would appreciate advice on how much to

suppliment please.

Copper: 12.9 (11.0-22.0)

Zinc: 12.1 (9.8-17.9)

I would also like to add my voice to Sheila's who constantly advises to get a

print out of blood results and never take the " normal " reply. I actually phoned

and spoke to my GP for the above results. He began by saying the results were

normal, when I asked where they were in the ref range he told me they were " bang

in the middle " !! I then decide to request a print out and as you can see they

are not " bang in the middle " - words fail me with all of this!

You may be able to boost both zinc and copper through correct

food supplementation Han, but read about these two minerals here. http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient & dbid=53
