Guest guest
I have just had my results back and would appreciate advice on how much to suppliment please. Copper: 12.9 (11.0-22.0) Zinc: 12.1 (9.8-17.9) I would also like to add my voice to Sheila's who constantly advises to get a print out of blood results and never take the " normal " reply. I actually phoned and spoke to my GP for the above results. He began by saying the results were normal, when I asked where they were in the ref range he told me they were " bang in the middle " !! I then decide to request a print out and as you can see they are not " bang in the middle " - words fail me with all of this! Han
Guest guest
You may be able to boost both zinc and copper through correct food supplementation Han, but read about these two minerals here. http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient & dbid=53 http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/zinc.asp Luv - Sheila I have just had my results back and would appreciate advice on how much to suppliment please.
