Hi JOT,

I went on to Isocort when the Nutri Adrenal was not enough for me. I have been

taking it for nearly a year.

I started with one tablet in the morning with my 8.00am NDT meds. The week after

I took another tablet with my 10.0am meds. I increased my dose once or twice a

week depending on how I felt.

I now take 8 tablets - three at 8.0am - two at 10.0am - two at 12 noon - one at

2.00pm. I find this dose suits me as I take the Isocort with my T3 throughout

the day - you have to experiment to find out the dose and timing to suit you.

In times of stress I take an extra half or one tablet.

Thank you ...It came in the mail today and I was hoping someone might

offer me guidance. I took one as soon as I opened the bottle. Do you feel it

makes any difference whether you take it with or without food? I will play with

it until I get it correct, just like the ERFA. My other questions were if it

were OK to take with my iron supplement?

Thanks, I appreciate your help.

Hi Jot

Iron and calcium supplements MUST be taken at least 3 to 4 hours

away from your thyroid medications.

Hi, Adrenal supplements should be taken with food as they tend to irritate the stomach otherwise. > Subject: Re: Adrenal Fatigue and Isocort> > Thank you ...It came in the mail today and I was hoping someone might offer me guidance. Thanks ...I am going on day three with the Isocort and I already feel so

much better. It's like night and day. It truly is a lifesaver.
