Guest guest
***Well that explains something. My Mrs felt sick yesterday with one heapedteaspoon. I must admit that I felt a bit queasy too. I also admit to having 2heaped teaspoons (I'm like that. I like to get there quicker). ((LOL)) - sorry Ian, I know, it's not funny, but I couldn't help it. I had this vision of you heaping the stuff in the water and gulping it down so bravely with the best of intentions ...... Trust me - the saying "a lot helps a lot" didn't have bicarbonate of soda in mind <G> half a teaspoon to maybe a teaspoon daily (if you can bear it) first thing in the morning will get you better results. All those things help, but by far the most effective way of killing Candida, is to starve it to death. Yeast lives on sugar. If you withdraw the sugar, the yeast dies off. - Of course we need carbs in our diet, and carbs will convert into sugar. But it is the refined sugars we need to exclude as much as possible from our diets. - So whatever else you do to help the process along, the most important bit is to cut out the refined sugars in any shape or form. Without that, you won't get very far. If money were no object, you could try ThreeLac. I can highly recommend it, but it is pricey, and in the UK you won't find it lower than around £ 30 per box of 60 sachets, which - in the beginning - would last you about a month at best, half a month at worst.
