Hi Isobel

I use Lamberts Betaine HCL, which I buy off ebay. About £10 for 180. No

adverse effects, but it's said it feels warm in your stomach if too much acid...

which you could nutralise with milk.

Dosing instructions on the tub say 1 x 3 times a day max.
