What iodine and what dose are you taking . This sounds great

and I hope it has long lasting results.

I am feeling so good !!! I am so warm and

comfortable all because of the iodine it seems.

I remember the endo saying i convert well but the T3 wasnt being absorbed. he

didnt know why and i thought it was due to cortisol so i am on the HC, but i

have been very unwell in the last 2 mths. The hc wasnt helping, as werent grain

increases.

however the iodine has sent me to heaven. i have also reduced down the grains

just in case i am getting too much thyroid action. now on 3 grains.

Yes, i do hope this continues. Time will tell.

I am simply taking kelp tablets (150mcg iodine). I took the first last thursday

along with selenium and magnesium. Nothing happened afterwards. Then on friday

(next day) i took the same amount again and became nice and warm and felt good.

I thought it was the magnesium and so stopped the kelp on sat. On sunday i

started to feel tired again and so added back the kelp i had stopped to see if

this made the difference. I became warm again and on monday i took 3 x the kelp

tablets. I have done the same on tues and today.

I think i have stumbled on a missing link. i understand dr P. is now looking at

iodine. I have done some research at the iodine group and it seems we can take

a lot more iodine for many different reasons. In japan they consume 10-20mg a

day of the stuff through their diet. over here the RDA is 0.150mg !

So i have ordered some lugol iodine which gives you 6mg per drop. I want to try

this to see if it makes an even bigger difference. i will report what happens

when i get it.
