got the list of PLWHA organisations and the NGOs

working with PLWHAs all over India.

Dear Mini,

I am happy that you have approached this forum to ask for the PLWA network's

addresses but that is not appropriate thing to do. You cannot expect a

e-forum like AIDS India to make PLWA network uncomfortable by making their

addresses available.

Moreover, you should have specified that what is the context of the study &

other details in a more specific manner.

I heard that it is not the official directive of NACO but a friendly

suggestion/advice that you can approach AIDS India forum for this kind of

assistance. But your mail made us believe that it is NACO who has indeed

formally directed you to this forum. Please be careful in mentioning NACO's

name in a casual manner, it is not the official directive from a NACO

official.

So, please mention the context of the study in the same forum and I might be

able to assist but at the same time I just want to inform you that there are

many studies which has been conducted by various people and PLWA

organisation are tired of giving PLWA members to participatefor in such

studies.
