Guest guest
rdan wrote to me today to ask who had won the Christmas Quiz and I told her that I had sent an email to the forum on 1st February after Dr Peatfield had drawn the first three winners out of 6 of you, who had got all 100 questions 100% correct. I also told her that I had uploaded the questions to the FILES section of the CHAT forum and in a separate FILE there, the answers so you could all check these out. Then n came back and told me she had searched the messages here and couldn't find such a message on this forum. I too have just checked and I cannot find that message either, so, if I didn't post it, please forgive me - I have no idea what happened, but I DID post the questions and answers onto the CHAT forum on 1st February. So, congratulations to all of you who sent back your answers, some of you didn't get your answers back to me, - but they were pretty difficult - I made sure you would have to work hard for the money, but there was a lot of you who did and the entry fees eventually covered the cost of the prize money. There were six outright winners and these names were put in a hat and the first three drawn out . Congratulations to all of you who managed to get most of the answers and well done to those who got all the answers right. The winner of the First Prize of £75.00 went to Jodie Wren - the cheque was sent to her immediately she sent me her address. Winner of the Second Prize of £50 went to Gill Slater and her cheque has also been sent to her, and the winner of the Third Prize of £25 00 went to Pat Milnes, who very kindly donated this sum to TPA-UK, so many thanks for that Pat. I apologise once again for not getting this notice on to the forum earlier, but I was sure I had done it and many thanks to rdan for bringing this to my attention.
