I understand that Francesca (Events Manager) is contacting

some of you asking you to place your order. Please don't be confused by this -

I think she has forgotten that she asked me to collect all the orders for lunch

from those attending. I have written to tell Francesca that I am doing this (or

rather, Lilian is doing this). If you respond, tell her that you have already

placed your order with me (or Lilian).

Sorry if this caused some confusion, but I had no idea

Francesca had done this until a few minutes ago.
