Guest guest
Hi , hypoglycemia is often a symptom of adrenal issues, as it's the adrenals help balance blood sugar levels.Once the adrenals are properly supported/healed, hypo g will often disappear. The other way to help counteract the symptoms is to eat a slow release diet... little and often, plenty of protein, little carbs and scrap the sugars of course. I know that I keep banging on about it on the forum, but Dr Lam's adrenal diet is excellent. Though as I've said, as soon as I start getting the hypo g's, I know my adrenals need (even more) support. I have never had any issues at all with Serenity, it's been fantastic for me and have only ever felt benefited. julia
