Guest guest
Hi , From what I understand, inositol is tried mainly for OCD or trich (hair pulling) and maybe skin-picking. What dose of zoloft is your dd on, is she at recommended dosage? If you think of adding inositol, work with the prescribing doctor on this since they (zoloft and inositol) both work on serotonin. I don't recall reading anything about it regarding tics. We used it when (now 18) was in middle school. Tried it again this year, but it didn't help this time. > > Hi, everyone. I keep reading posts on this list, also an ocd support list I am on, as well as a > tourrettes list about inositol. I wanted to discuss it with my

Guest guest
Hi Holland and Barrett just stopped selling the tubs/jars of powder in favour of the caplets 650mg/100s (relatively costly). needs about 1/2 - 1 gm of powder. may need choline with it. Guest guest
Hi http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/Choline/Choline.html A good diet should provide enough choline but I don't know what hypothyroidism does to levels of chioline. Have a look at the wiki on Choline, it may reduce anxiety symptoms, but I haven't any direct experience of that ~ I'm just using occasional inositol at the moment (one of the last tubs of the powder from H & . Guest guest
Hi , A salt spoon if you have one ~ may be about 1gm. half a salt-spoonful should be about half a gram that would be appropriate for a start..... best wishes Bob > ive received my powder today but no measure with it .do you know how much i should take on a spoon,do you mix it with water? > ,

Guest guest
That's correct, vitamin B cannot be stored in the body, it uses the amount it needs and you wee out the rest - often making your wee bright green/yellow.
