RE; alternative to antibiotics

Hiya to all,

I have tested my urine at home a few times over the last few days

and i am convinced i have a urine infection.....bit confusing but theres been

some days when leucocytes/nitrates/protein are present, then another day just

nitrates....then it will come up clear the next day, to day its just nitrates

again .....but am feeling so poorly with back and lower belly pain......i could

go to walk in doctor but i know it will be antibiotics yet again.

So going back to my heading could i get anything from holland/barratt etc then

will help me instead of a visit to doctor.
