Guest guest
Hi Lizzie, what's your adrenal status and where are you at with things like iron etc ? Was there something that preceded you going downhill and getting the heart palps ( ie did you suffer some extra stress) ? There could be many things going on here.... but these steps back after many steps forward are usual. Just keep in mind that you can regain what you think that you may have lost. I can understand you wishing you hadn't been so honest with your endo (what a state of affairs eh ?) but it will be ok. With my endo I stay really upbeat about the Armour and keep playing his blood test 'game' with him...getting him to test as many other possibilities as to why I am stilll not completely right. That is, keep the emphasis on the other stuff and his focus off of the Armour..You can't discuss adrenals with these guys so it makes nonsense of it all really but, you can get them to kind of work for you........ It may be the wrong thing to say but basically I feel like, .... if I go in to his surgery and am smiley, upbeat and saying how well I feel on Armour (even if I feel rubbish) - he feels like he's doing a good job and everybody is happy. What I get is my bloodwork done including more unusual tests for 'free'. When I started to go downhill and started feeling overwhelmed with the idea that I was getting more ill again, I started keeping a diary of everything; food, temps and supplements. This focused my mind away from the negativity and helped me see what I was,or was not doing. Maybe that could be of help ? Have you tried taking your vitamin C with your Armour ? Thinking of you, julia
