Hi Sheila! I'm expecting a new supply of Erfa Thyroid to be delivered to

Australia some time in the next couple of weeks. As you can see from my post in

Jan below, my meds seem not to take this heat and humidity very well out here,

so I need a new supply. I'm recieving 400.

Though I've read various info about how to freeze NDT, no one has explained how

to defrost (should I swallow them frozen or defrosted?) I will have a large

supply, so how much would you recommend I freeze and should I store a months

supply in the fridge with dessicants there too?

Could you explain please? It's just I know you do this yourself, so would like

to have some guidance.

Will be seeing a really great doc in Brisbane that I found on Thyroid-info.com,

Shoman's site I think. Unfortunately, he is so well regarded that I

probably won't get in to see him till some time in March!!

Hope you're well xx
