Dear Forum members,

Canada signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government

of India on the 7th of February, 2001. The project is fully

operational now and The Canadian International Development

Agency's contribution to India is $12.7 million dollars,

Canadian.

I welcome comments on the components of the project.
