Guest guest
Sharon - if you are hypothyroid, then ONLY thyroid hormone replacement will work - herbs will NOT on their own. It would be good to know what actual thyroid condition she is suffering from. Luv - Sheila Just watched sky news and they had herbalists on there petitioning to get herbal medications recognised as treatment.Didnt quite catch it all,but there was a women on there with a thyroid condition [she didnt say what condition] and she says her thyroid condition is under control since using herbal treatments. She said her blood results prove it works.Just thought Id mention it and if anyone else watched it or has tried herbal remedies.A herbalist on there did say herbalists are like a lot of things in the way that there are quacks out there, which give the real practictioners a bad reputation and make herbal treatments look rubbish. It will be interesting to see peoples posts regarding this, going out now, will post later No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
Hi all, I agree with Sheila – thyroid deficiency needs thyroid hormone – also herbal medicines are notorious for putting a strain on the liver – a liver which would already be compromised by thyroid deficiency. Very dangerous indeed I would say. Kind regards Mandy
