Father been put on Statins-help..!!

Hi,

as per above, dad been on these and betablockers as of this morning for high

blood pressure and cholestrol.

he took a " turn " last week in house feeling light headed and losing balance.

what can i do to persuade him not to take them, he is very much of the

generation of what doctors say should be respected and heeded. what are the

alternatives..?
