I don't know how confused you all get about which vitamins and minerals we all

need to support our regimes. I have been trying to get it together from one

source or another, only to find it difficult to integrate what I needed

economically from different sources:

THEN - I looked at Dr Myhill's pages on vitamin recommendations to find that she

has put together a VERY comprehensive program at the best cost she has been able

to achieve.

SO - I am denting my credit card, placing my order and going to try it - in

conjunction, probably, with Iodorol (as I think she can supply this also - I am

not sure how long it will take me to have the courage to use iodorol, but at

least if you follow her program as far as I can see it should give the necessary

requirements for magnesium, selenium and vitamin C which, in addition to

appropriate use of salt, are as far as I understand it so far, essential

prerequisites for doing the full iodine protocol. [Please, if you want to know

more about this DONT ask me as I am a newbie to it all - the iodine

website is the place to ask question!!]

If anyone else has been searching for the answer to appropriate supplements, Dr

MyHill's recommendations are FAR more comprehensive than the minimum

requirements for the iodine protocol - and simply seem to me to be well thought

out and provisioned. So - WHY NOT SHOW OUR SUPPORT BY SENDING IN ORDERS FOR

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS WHEN/AS/IF WE NEED THEM???? Whatever the GMC does, they

cannot prevent Dr MyHill from providing for these needs!

If you are wondering about costs - I think that my order may cost me about £75 -

but will give around 3 months supply of EVERYTHING (Multivit, vit C, VegaEPA and

MyHill's Magic Minerals) aside from Iodoral (but beware if you are taking NAE or

other add-ons as I believe they have some supplements in also, so you would need

to make appropriate adjustments to compensate and ensure you don't get too much

of a good thing!)
