If you haven't got hyper symptoms but the FT's are off the top of the range, and there don't appear to be conversion problems, what are the reasons for cutting back synthyroid? If the TSH ranges are different in various countries maybe the ranges for FT's are less intransigent than we think? No doctor I've asked has been able to answer this one! any thoughts anyone?
