Vitamin D - body cream or spray - alternative to capsules

Hi All,

I have just come accross two alternative ways of taking Vit D. As I take so

many pills I like to change over to sprays, drops and creams if I can.

Vit D Body Cream by LifeFlo - 4ozs

Dose - one full press of the pump daily gives 1000iu of Vit D3

D Lux 1000iu Spray - 15ml

Dose - spray one dose into mouth or in a drink. Each bottle delivers 100

individual doses.
