Vitamin and Mineral Supplement

Hi All!

I've been waiting to see Dr. Peatfield to get his recommendation on a good brand

of vitamin and mineral supplement but I think I'm getting eager to purchase. Can

folks recommend a really good brand of overal vitamin and mineral supplements

that work well for us thyroidies? Also is there a particularly good Ester C to

order?
