Guest guest
Hi! Thanks everyone for helping me...... I really do appreciate it.. I don't know if I am replying correctly as I am not used to , I hope I am lol, if not I am sure you will put me on the correct path.. here goes.. The last test 29/08/09 as follows:- TSH = 1.46 ( Range 0.02 - 6.00 ) Serum3 T4 Level = 14.7 ( Range 11.0 - 24.0 ) Test Result 20/06/09 ( This is the first blood test 6 weeks after starting thyroxine ) as follows:- TSH = 2.46 ( Range 0.02 - 6.00 ) Serum3 T4 Level = 18.1 ( Range 11.0 - 24.0 ) The receptionist couldn't find the original blood test result that dx overactive in May 2009. I have a million and one questions do I submit a new post under Sundary or something like that as I would clog up the board if I did them individualy( as I have so many ) Kind Regards You need to get the results of your thyroid gland function tests from your GP and remember to get the reference range for each of the tests that were done and post them here. More often than not, if your results appear ANYWHERE within the so called 'normal' reference range, a doctor will tell you that your thyroid function is normal, and they take no account of your symptoms or any of the signs you may still be showing.
