Guest guest Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 hi sharoni've heard of her, i have her DVD - the 30 day shred - and i found it brilliant...best exercise vid i've ever had. it's divided into 20 min slots of weights/aerobic and stomach crunches....i used it regularly before i got ill....she's very inspiring and encouraging...it's well worth trying and i'll definitely be using it again when i'm well enough.not tried her diet but i will look it up.cheers deb Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
