Iodine and new diagnosis of cancer

Asked doc to prescribe Naturethroid 5 mos ago,after reading Shamon's

website. Just after a miscarriage 2 mos. ago, I was diagnosed with papillary

thyroid cancer on both nodes(FNA said " suspicious cells " but I have a family

history of it.

Am supposed to schedule thyroidectomy and RAI. Any iodine protocol for cancer?

Do I really have to have that RAI this year?

I am in my forties, so the odds of getting pregnant after RAI are zero; I still

hope to have ONE more, as I am still more fertile than most women my age.
