Guest guest
I'm taking all of the companion supplements to iodine (50mg per day) as well as various others to address my high blood pressure and other concerns, and this totals a whopping 32 pills a day. I'm beginning to wonder, however, if it's wise to take all of these at a single sitting. I take everything right after my first meal of the day. I've read that certain vitamins cancel others out (such as Vit C and calcium), but then I've also read otherwise. Could I be giving my liver too much to " do " at once by taking so much at one time, or is there some other concern...or none at all?
