Testosterone Dominence in Women

I have a friend, who I just knew was going to be hypothyroid but when her TSH

came back it was .9. She has been told in the past that she is testosterone

dominant and she also has a brain tumor (benign). She suffers from extreme

weight gain, migraines, high blood pressure, her hair is falling out, restless

legs and poor circulation, and the list goes on. She is only 28yrs old. I feel

certain that iodine would help with at least the tumor. I also suggested the

coconut oil for the blood pressure. Can Iodine help with hormone imbalance if

it is not caused by thyroid issue?
