Liquid Iodine Forte contains only potassium iodide--no iodine. That's why it is

colorless and tasteless. Iodizyme HP contains a total of 6.25mg of iodine and

iodide. (Iodine = 2.5mg and iodide = 3.75mg.) These figures are from the

companies' websites. If you want to start out slowly, Iodizyme HP would be OK,

but the liquid drops wouldn't supply what your body needs as far as iodine is

concerned.

they had switched to Iodizyme tablets, made by the same company.

iodine/iodide, plus enzymes.
