Guest guest
I guess without blood tests before and after this oil use, we won't truely know if it brings up the over all body's levels. Light
Guest guest
, as I said, it's been tested before and after. So that's been done. It does put magnesium inside the body. I don't think the iodine-expert doctors would recommend it if it didn't actually work, and they are testing people all the time for their nutritional well being. So we do truly know already. -- At 03:26 AM 9/26/2010, you wrote: >I guess without blood tests before and after this oil use, we won't truely >know if it brings up the over all body's levels. > > Light ~~~ There is no way to peace; peace is the way ~~~~ --A.J. Guest guest
This would vary for people. Mag Chloride (mag oil) is considered ideal generally because it is so bioavailable, but some individuals are better off with mag sulfate (epsom salts). -- >My experience is that mg chloride is NOT the best choice. Guest guest
Yes it is magnesium sulfate. I was just trying to raise my magnesium levels because I have mercury issues. I think the only studies showing the efficacy of mg sulfate has been done by Andy Cutler while treating people with mercury illness. MG Chloride gives me palpitations....sulfate just makes me feel much better. Robb Re: Magnesium oil Interestingly enough, the first place I learned of transdermal absorbtion of magnesium was my medical doctor. He prescribed epsom salts baths as a way of getting magnesium to the muscles that were spasming when I was a kid because the skin is the largest organ of the body (though most people don't think of it as an organ and I didn't till the doct told me), and it absorbs what is on it and a epsom salt is high in magnesium. Works like a charm. And I've used it since then though now that I know I was deficient in vitamin D and increased that, the spasms are not a problem unless I forget to take it.... Guest guest
Hi, I have been using Swanson's Magnesium oil, but I just learned from another group that Mag oil has a lot of bromide. Anyone know if that is true? Thanks, Sandy
Guest guest
Hi Sandy, From what I have read it is not enough to be significant.
