Guest guest
In Asia they eat soy ONLY in a fermented form such as tofu,nato,tempeh,miso....If made from non-GMO soy it may be fine or beneficial for some people.I muscle test my clients to check if soy is not a toxin for them .Also,in Asia they eat those fermented soy products in small amounts. Guest guest
Tofu is another one that is high GMO. Miso and Timari (sp?) are better options since they are fermented. But soy is a highly allergic food. I cannot eat any of it. My joints hurt so bad when I do. Guest guest
Read your labels on all your food, even the peanut butter has soy bean oil,,and starkist tuna has vegetable broth that is soy,,,it will mess up the iodine absorption for you. Guest guest
Tofu is a byproduct of soybean oil production, it was marketed as a health food, which it is far from. Read up on the production alone, it's enough to convince you to never touch the stuff. http://www.thedoctorwithin.com/soy/Magic-Bean/LinnOn Sep 1, 2010, at 5:03 AM, Estair Kaufman wrote: In Asia they eat soy ONLY in a fermented form such as tofu,nato,tempeh,miso....If made from non-GMO soy it may be fine or beneficial for some people.I muscle test my clients to check if soy is not a toxin for them .Also,in Asia they eat those fermented soy products in small amounts. Guest guest
It's true that non-GMO fermented soy products are generally good for people. Tofu is not fermented, however. And yes, in Asia they have only eaten small amounts of mostly fermented soy, not turned it into a main dietary element. -- At 05:03 AM 9/1/2010, you wrote: >In Asia they eat soy ONLY in a fermented form such as >tofu,nato,tempeh,miso....If made from non-GMO soy it may be fine or >beneficial for some people.I muscle test my clients to check if soy is not >a toxin for them .Also,in Asia they eat those fermented soy products in >small amounts. > >On Wed, Sep 1, 2010 at 7:28 AM, james fry ><<mailto:hunter02_2002@...>hunter02_2002@...> wrote: > > >BTW the restaurant where I eat imports their stuff from Nippon.
